When FERC first began formulating the Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) that established Independent System Operator/Regional Transmission Operator entities throughout the country, on behalf of our clients, DAI has provided input and participated in interventions to numerous filings and rulings made by the FERC during the initial development of, and subsequent revisions to, the OATT.
